I booked a hotel in Maumelle but once the transaction was completed it stated the hotel was in North Little Rock. I was very disappointed because after speaking with several customer service representatives Booking.com they were not honest with me. They said they were not going to cancel this transaction. I spent 3 plus hours calling back and forth to both parties. The lies that was told to me was totally unacceptable. I pray to God that I will never experience this situation ever again.

Our last visit made us want to stay here again. It was an okay price. I like how it was close to my old job so I was easily available to visit former coworkers before leaving. I like the 12pm checkout. I have nothing else.

This stay was a treat! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfectly cleaned! We got there a little early for check in and it was a really busy weekend so we were unskilled to check in but the staff were extremely helpful with some suggestions for places to go while we waited even providing a map of the area with dining, sights to see and shopping. We went to one of the resturants they had on their map and it was excellent! Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety and they even had a shuttle that took you anywhere in the downtown area and would come back to get you as soon as you were ready to come back! A great savings as parking downtown was at least $3 a hour! Would stay again and again.
